Because we carry products from multiple premium brands, shipping times and methods vary by product. Each product page includes specific shipping information relevant to that item.
For questions about shipping on a specific product, please contact us directly and we'll provide accurate delivery timeframes and tracking information.
General Guidelines:
- Most orders ship within 1–5 business days of order processing
- Large freight items (saunas, outdoor equipment) typically deliver in 7–21 business days via LTL freight — we will send tracking as soon as your order ships
- Free shipping is available on select products
- All orders include tracking information
- We currently ship within the continental United States
